Voice Dispatch
This functionality enables a dispatcher to have full control over the system and manage all resources available. With voice dispatch, features include:
All Call Types
An operator can perform or receive all types of calls including private, group, broadcast and emergency with full access to activities across all channels.
Cross Patch
This allows two or more channels to be connected together on either a temporary or permanent basis through performing a simple drag and drop operation. An ideal feature to use in an emergency should a number of different people on various channels need to communicate together to resolve a situation quickly.
Select and Unselect Channels
Allows an operator to focus on a task at hand through being able to only listen to what they want to hear. An operator can clearly distinguish what channel a call is coming from.
Pre-recorded Voice Messages
The software enables messages to be pre-recorded and sent to an offline radio; when radio users turn their devices on the message will be available to play.
Text to Speech
The software application converts text into speech. The sophisticated software can be used in conjunction with pre-recorded voice messages and alarm management.
Phone Interconnect
Suitable with SIP 2.0 and SIP Trunk support. Users can perform and receive calls from radios or the dispatcher console through the integration of the phone connect module with the phone systems. This enables calls to be made to different devices.
Personal Safety
Lone Worker
The software application enables a timer to be set in which a worker is anticipated to respond within. Failure to do so within a set time will result in an emergency alarm sounding with positional information provided to the key point of contact/s.
Mandown/No Movement
The feature allows to distinguish false alarms from the real threat – and act fast. The radio device constantly monitors position and movement and will produce a pre-warning tone to notify the user about unusual movement or if no motion is detected. Should the user not correct the radio position and dismiss the warning tone, an emergency alarm will be triggered and a notication will be sent to a dispatch centre.
Emergency Alarm
If a worker is presented with danger they can press a single button on their device and the software will send an emergency alarm notification to a single, or multiple designated contacts, to allow for a quick emergency response.
Crash Detect
Should the radio sensor detect a strong G-force and unusual momentum followed by no movement, an immediate notification will be sent to a dispatcher.
AVL Tracking
The GPS module enables a radio user to be tracked with their location being shown on a map and updated every few seconds. When the user has GPS enabled on their radio, the status of a radio will be flagged as green. This will enable the to dispatcher know the exact location of radio users, increasing safety by knowing the whereabouts of the radio user.
Historical Routes
All route information is stored for reference, which can come in useful in providing evidence for any incident reports.
Speed Limit/Idle Time
Enables the speed to be monitored of any vehicle, whilst providing updates on the vehicles route every two seconds. If a vehicle has been idle for a certain period of time when it should be active a dispatcher will receive a notification.
Breadcrumb Trails
A mode which allows the route of radio users to be tracked over a certain time interval. Combined with real-time positioning and historical routes this provides key route information.
Geofencing
Through predefining geographical areas, if a worker with a device was to step out of any restricted zone the dispatcher will automatically receive a warning message.
Indoor Positioning
With indoor location hardware beacons, the indoor positioning module allows information to be received and the location of devices indoors to be tracked on the dispatchers screen.
The hardware and software communicate with one another allowing for real-time indoor tracking and custom 2D and 3D maps with zoom capability.
Text and E-Mail Messaging
A flexible template builder can be used to predefine and schedule multiple messages via various channels whether this be private, group or broadcast.
Telemetry
Radio users can remotely open and close gates, activate lifts and change the access rights at any time, enabling a reduction in downtime and increased operational efficiency.
Over the Air Programming
With remote monitoring facilities, Eemits can perform changes or upgrades to the TRBOCALL system without the need to visit various site locations and gathering radios, thus reducing costs and time and allowing changes to be made very easily. Eemits can upload changes and send to all individual radios over the air and when they are turned on, the changes are instantly made. We can also view which radios have been upgraded/changes made and those that haven't and notify our customers accordingly.
Guard Tour/ Route Management
A dispatcher can create a route for single or multiple radio users to follow at correct intervals. Checkpoints can be created and failure to complete the route according to the scheduled plan will trigger an alarm on the dispatcher.
Audit Reports
All communications, both data and voice can be logged to allow audit reports to be created enabling efficiencies to be streamlined.
Web Data Client
This module enables data to be accessed from a web interface. Data functionality includes: Radio Check and Radio Kill, Real Time Location Monitoring and Detailed Reports, Text Messaging and Radio Registration and Extended Alarm Management.
Mobile Client
The push to talk application can be used across smartphones and tablets with the mobile client module.
Job Ticketing
This is designed to help dispatchers to prioritise tasks and streamline workflows. Key tasks can be processed through the system for workers to efficiently respond to - accept or decline - and action. Reports can also be generated to determine task completion within a timeframe.
Voice Recording
Providing advanced voice recording competences, including recording calls both individual and group, audio files are available in MP3 format. The dispatcher console event viewer will play calls back with good quality sound.
Extended Alarm Management
Daily tasks can be automated with this module allowing alerts to be created to any device connected to the system.
Designed to streamline daily tasks the module can be integrated with almost any enterprise management system that can send text messages over TCP/IP.
Critical alarms can be activated and delivered to Computer Aided Dispatch systems, radios, phones and tablets.
IP Cameras
Live video feeds can be viewed from connected TCP and UDP cameras. Cameras can be fitted to required areas and if an alarm was to sound in one of these areas, a live video stream can be viewed to see the problem directly.
AES 256 ENCRYPTION
Enable seamless and secure interoperable communications across different talk-groups, users, or channels.
STORE AND FORWARD
With location information collecting data every two to five seconds, in order to minimize channel usage and load, this data is grouped into packages and sent to the dispatcher and console over specific timeframes.
If connection was to be lost, all data is stored in an option board and can be sent by request.
